Pickle Juice Peperoncini Margarita

Ingredients:
• 2 oz tequila (silver or reposado)
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• 1 oz dill pickle juice
• 0.5 oz orange liqueur (such as Cointreau or triple sec)
• 0.5 oz simple syrup (optional, for a touch of sweetness)
• 2–3 peperoncini peppers (sliced or left whole, depending on your preference; remove seeds for less heat)
• Ice
• Salt or Tajín for ri***ng the glass
• Garnish: lime wedge and a peperoncini slice

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Glass:
• Rim your glass with salt or Tajín. Set aside.
2. Muddle the Peperoncini:
• In a cocktail shaker, add the peperoncini. Lightly muddle them to release their tangy flavor. If you prefer a milder drink, consider removing some or all of the seeds before muddling.
3. Mix the Cocktail:
• Add the tequila, lime juice, pickle juice, orange liqueur, and simple syrup (if using) to the shaker.
• Fill with ice and shake vigorously for about 15–20 seconds.
4. Strain and Serve:
• Strain the mixture into your prepared glass over fresh ice.
• Garnish with a lime wedge and an extra slice of peperoncini on the rim.
