This is one of the ways we re-allocate customer budgets from finishes to put in framing. By upgrading to .lumber from wood, now only can we offer our clients decks with a lifetime warranty on the framing, we can also conceal all the fascia fasteners by using .lumber framing and screwing it from the rear instead of the face.
By doing this we regularly shift thousands of dollars in fasica related costs for a wood deck, and instead offer a much better frame & eliminate any visible fasteners around the perimeter of our decks.

Taking this .lumber marine grade decking ALL the way back
Cutting straight lines against brick veneers has always made me sick 😫 🤮
We will always take the extra time to scribe in the details and cut them out. Its nice when its only a few linear feet. In this case, we have about 65' linear feet of brick on this one.
It takes extra time but the results speak to the effort no gaps.
