That’s water from a glacier in Alaska!

One of the most important parts of Kegging is making sure all the ingredients are as cold as possible! It drastically helps the CO2 dissolve into the liquid. With out it being super cold you run the risk of weak bubbles, flat aromas, and inconsistent drinks! Which we are not a fan of.

Cold ingredients + carbonation = perfect pour
