BridgeWorks Staffing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Expeditor to support warehouse and production operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely flow of materials, managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and helping keep production schedules on track.

📅 Schedule:
Friday – Sunday
⏰ 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

📦 Key Responsibilities:
• Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Follow up with suppliers and vendors to expedite orders
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records
• Identify shortages, discrepancies, and potential delays
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities
• Support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce delays
• Maintain compliance with company procedures and safety standards

✅ Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in inventory control, logistics, supply chain, or related fields preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency with computer systems, data entry, and ERP software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license required
• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified

💪 Physical Requirements:
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Regular lifting up to 50 lbs
• Occasional lifting of 100+ lbs
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment

📅 Monday - Friday: 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM
📅 Saturday: 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM

📦 Responsibilities:
• Process customer orders and warehouse shipments accurately and on time
• Load and unload bulk tankers and LTL trucks safely and efficiently
• Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials
• Perform inventory cycle counts and report discrepancies
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for shipping documentation and records
• Prepare shipping labels, bills of lading, and freight documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work area

✅ Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workloads
