Day Two! Chickens, cows, and corn! Oh my! We visited two SC farms this morning and learned about the poultry and cattle industries as well as the technology and machinery that are critical to farm operations. Back in the classroom, we explored ways to engage students in problem solving and made our own cattle chutes based on Dr. Temple Grandin’s research.
