So many of us are feeling the stress of COVID19 and Social Distancing. I thought I would share this activity that is helping me. I was given many coloring books when I first was injured. I didn’t get around to using them that often. But I decided to pull them out and see if it will help me. This coloring book is actually individual postcards that you can color then mail. I am working on these as I have some thank you cards to send. Thought this might be a nice personal touch. I am coloring at night before I go to bed and it is helping me slow my racing mind and my breathing for better sleep. I hope this helps you as well!❤️
