APC completes the Brunswick School – Lake Avenue Campus Phase II construction project in Greenwich, CT. In partnership with @brunswickschool and @shorelinedesigngroup, @a.p.construction renewed three historic 1906 educational buildings into 18 modern faculty housing units. See a glimpse inside the three interconnected buildings featuring newly built studios to spacious three-bedrooms. APC also renovated all units with energy-saving windows, updated HVAC, fully overhauled electrical and plumbing systems, and custom finishes that reflect the campus character.
