GRANT AWARD:

At last night’s Greer Council meeting, members of the Greer Moves board awarded a $10,000 grant to Platform at Greer Bootcamp graduates, Ben Lagrange and Chris Davidson, who are developing a new mold-sensing technology they call AirGuard.

Chris and Ben are the co-owners of Blue Ridge Heating & Air. They applied for Bootcamp Cohort 14 to work on an innovative solution to detect an indoor air quality problem many of their HVAC customers face. Ben and Chris are active members of The Platform at Greer community. They were also nominated for a 2024 statewide InnoVision Award.

Greer Moves is a non-profit that provides funding for graduates of the Bootcamp program. These grants would not be possible without donations from Michelin, BMW, Countybank, and Indigo Hope Foundation.

Clemson University is hosting their inaugural Clemson Entrepreneurship Conference on March 27-28, 2025 at the Madren Center Conference Center. Attendees will have the opportunity to network with and learn from other amazing academic and ESO Colleagues from the Southeast.
