Here’s a great resistance band exercise that works the core and back, also improves balance. Step on the box with right foot, row with the left arm and lift the left leg waist high with a flexed foot. Step down with a bent knee light touch. Start in an athletic squat position so that the low back stays pretty flat throughout the work.
Heavy ball slams. I start out high overhead up onto toes, follow the ball down into a deep squat and repeat. 15 reps. Next
