Troy joins us as an Operations Manager supporting our client site in Muncie, Indiana.

While he may be new to Impact Workforce Solutions, he’s certainly not new to the operation. Troy most recently served on the onsite Security Team, where many of our Impact team members had the opportunity to work alongside him and experience his leadership firsthand.

His familiarity with the site, understanding of day-to-day operations, and established relationships with both client and Impact personnel make him a natural fit for this role. Troy already understands the pace, expectations, and culture of the environment — positioning him to make an immediate impact from day one.
