Been a fun and busy end of summer and fall! Starting in November I will be moving indoors to the GARC. I will have Wednesdays and Fridays available starting at 4:00 P.M. Wednesdays are almost full right now. I will now start making my schedule for Fridays! If you’re interested please fill out the form (link) that I have posted in the COMMENTS!

Indoor training scheduled to start in October.
EPT Registration 2024-2025 Personal/Small Group Training Location: Ahrens Park (outside) or the GARC (inside) in Grinnell unless another location is agreed upon.
