We are pleased to announce our new Agency Manager for Poweshiek Insurance Agency and Bohemian Insurance Agency, Toledo, Iowa, Monte Kann. Monte brings more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining Poweshiek Insurance Agency and Bohemian Insurance Agency, he served as the Managing Secretary for Svea Mutual and continues to operate his own insurance agency in Swedesburg. We are excited to have him lead our agencies and contribute to their continued growth and success.

Monte and his wife, Emily, live in Swedesburg with their dog, Winnie. They have two daughters: Isabel, who will be a junior at the University of South Dakota studying Mechanical Engineering while also serving in the Iowa Air National Guard and participating in Air Force ROTC; and Ella, who will be a freshman at the University of Northern Iowa studying Art Education and enjoys painting in her free time.

As a family, they enjoy camping, traveling, and spending quality time together.
