Meet Tracey…

FACETSetc owner and gemologist Tracey Smith began her career as a diamond buyer for a Boston-based jewelry wholesaler, where she first fell in love with the artistry and precision behind fine jewelry.

After refining her expertise in the heart of New York’s famed Diamond District, she became Lead Fine Jewelry Buyer for Long’s Jewelers at the Thomas Long Company. There, she developed the discerning eye for design, craftsmanship, and timeless style that continues to define FACETSetc today.

With deep relationships among some of the industry’s most respected diamond and gemstone merchants, Tracey carefully curates exceptional GIA-approved stones and collaborates with many of Boston’s finest jewelers and stone-setters.

From treasured heirloom restorations to everyday repairs - including rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and watches - every piece is handled with expertise and care.

Inspired by her Parisian heritage and a lifelong love of classic jewelry, Tracey also designs her own signature collection, FACETS Jewelry: pieces that blend understated elegance with the relaxed sophistication of modern living.

The boutique additionally showcases jewelry and giftware from more than 100 talented artisans throughout the Northeast, each chosen for their craftsmanship and distinctive style.
