Homemade By The Dozen

This order was made for a first time customer back on late night of December 18th to early morning December 19th just before 2 A.M. for morning pickup. It’s 4 inch 3 layer chocolate Chip chocolate frosted gluten and diary free smash cake. As well as a dozen and a half gluten free chocolate chip cupcakes frosted with chocolate buttercream. They are plain and quickly frosted just before pick because that’s what the customer asked for. She and her daughter were decorating it together per her daughter’s birthday request. These two items were a first for me. I had never made a completely dairy and gluten-free cake nor ever made gluten-free cupcakes only gluten-free cookies.
