Doctor: There is this "drug" that has worked throughout the ages. Insurance doesn't cover it, but it is free via the library pharmacy.

Studies show that reading boosts cognitive development and empathy in the young, while directly preserving memory, lowering dementia risk, and extending lifespan for older adults.

So spending the day reading or participating in our kids or adults Summer Reading Program is good for your health.
