The City moved the appeal of the approval of Grover Beach's first 5-story building from Oct. 27th to Nov. 10th (6pm) because I asked them to rehear the original meeting where 2 citizens could not make their comments when city phone lines failed. The City Council refused. Would the comments have changed the outcome? We will never know. The DA is reviewing whether it constitutes a Brown Act (sunshine law) violation. Join the appeal at Grover Beach City Hall, 154 S. 8th St., 6pm Mon. Nov. 10th.

Why does Pismo insist on putting a wastewater plant in Grover to process Pismo waste & inject it into our water table?
