"Do a job" was the quote we went into our tournament with this weekend focused on.

Hard hits in the gap..."Do a job"
Sac bunts..."Do a job"
Extra base hits..."Do a job"

They did a job, our record on the weekend doesnt truly show the fight they gave the other teams, the comebacks from being down 4 or 5 runs to get back in the game, the out hitting their opponents( we batted .397 as a team, with a .478 OBP on the weekend.)

We ended the tournament with a new quote "finish" we have 2 more tournaments until we get into showcase season and I cant wait to see what these girls will do!

Happy National Girls and Women in Sports Day, perfect day for some agility and strength training in with Bruce Carter. Hes been working with these girls twice a week since December getting them ready for the season!
