It took a very long time trying many shampoos until I found Nurture my Body shampoo. My hair is very thin and this shampoo is the only shampoo I have found that has benefited my hair by not making my head itch so badly as most shampoos do to me. It does a very good job of cleaning my hair while making it fluffy and flowing. The only thing I don't like is that it is not for sale on Amazon anymore because I had a very long wait for it when ordering it at their company site. But I do like the no dangerous ingredients in this shampoo.
