Imported Land Rover Defender 90 from Italy. Tailgate got damaged on the trip over, so before anything else we welded it back up solid. From there, pressure washed the whole underside clean, let it dry, then laid down a premium semi-drying wax for rust protection. Stays slightly tacky so it keeps working into seams and panel gaps instead of just sitting on top like a hard coating would. Welding, washing, waxing — one Defender, ready to go.

Undercoating done right takes more steps than people think. Pressure wash everything down first, knock out any existing rust, lay down a rust inhibitor, fog the cavities so it gets into spots you can’t even see, then the undercoat spray goes on last. Skip a step and you’re just spraying over a problem instead of fixing it.
