We would like to take this opportunity to tell you about an important experience.

Recently, we visited a client's warehouse where there was a wireless device that was installed by a previous technician. The wireless device had acted up and had to be reset; however, we needed the name and password for the wireless device after it was reset in order to login and reconfigure it.

Years ago, we would have had to reach out to the previous technician and hope he remembered what credentials he had put in there, or inconvenience the customer to rummage through papers in their desk to try and find this password. Please note, this password might not have even been secure.

YOU NO LONGER NEED TO GO THROUGH THE PAIN AND SUFFERING OF DEALING WITH LOST PASSWORDS. IT'S PART OF OUR JOB NOW, AND GIVING US THAT RESPONSIBILITY ONLY INCREASES YOUR SECURITY!

Today, we simply logged into our IT Glue on our laptop, looked up the credentials the technician had saved when he did his original configuration and reconfigured the device in minutes. We were out the door in time to make our 4th of July picnic!

The moral of the story here is that we don't just support you everyday of the week. We save/archive all your passwords in one of two online systems, both of which are extremely secure.
