For years doctors speak about foods you should and should not eat to live a healthy lifestyle...this book addresses the value of your mouth and teeth to complete your body mechanics in order to live a healthy life. It recognizes in detail how the health of your mouth has an impact to the rest of your body. Definitely a great book to help practitioners help their patients; and for people in general to become more knowledgeable how to detect and prevent health risks and diseases.
