Every Memorial Day we do “Murph” in honor of Michael P Murphy and all the brave men and women we’ve lost fighting for our country. We don’t do it because it’s a hard workout or for the times and hundreds of reps, we do it because we come together as a community. It’s something bigger than ourselves, and for that hour and a half, we honor and remember. What a blessing it is to be able to do this workout with a community who pays tribute and remembers the why.
