Known for his calm approach and attention to detail, he focuses on creating a safe, comfortable, and stress-free grooming experience for every pet.

Throughout his career, Carlos has worked in grooming salons, animal hospitals, and daycare environments, building strong relationships with both pets and their owners through trust, patience, and professionalism. His expertise includes breed-standard grooming, coat care, deshedding, nail trimming, sanitation, and handling dogs with special grooming or behavioral needs.

Even though they may not be with us full-time anymore, each of them continues to hold such a special place in our hearts and on our team. We are always SO happy when we get to see them walk through our doors. Their hard work, kindness, and the love they have for our patients and team never go unnoticed.

We especially love that we still get to see Carrie once a week, and we truly look forward to the days she’s here. She’s always the one running around helping everyone, keeping things running, and somehow cleaning the entire hospital while supporting the team however she can.
