Noetic Creative

An important core position at the agency which touches the different aspects of any customers engagements. This is an in-house, remote, full- or part-time (50% and above) position (your location is irrelevant but you need to live in the Continental US).

The ideal candidate lives and breathes strategy and ex*****on, fully understands and is experienced in the world of ecomm, inbound and performance marketing. You would take an active role working with the agency’s top talent as soon as the client onboards the agency, then assist with forming the marketing strategy (PPC, SEO, content, social, email, etc...), prioritize the work and become a liaison between the client and the creative/performance teams within the agency. You do have to have full understanding (not ex*****on) of the different marketing tools available used.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Full management and ownership of client deliverables and priorities to the creative/performance teams

Communicate client needs to the team and ensure timely delivery

Manage client expectations and keeping projects at or under budget

Provide reporting, KPIs and actionable items to meet them

Pushing the technical team (creative/PPC/SEO) to find low hanging fruit and optimize performance regularly

Be on top of your game with regards to digital marketing best practices and trends

Monitor campaigns on a high level to ensure meeting KPIs

Upsell services by recognizing client needs and technologies
