This week there’s a little something special for everyone!

Oaty Jam Bars- apricot jam, sandwiched between a buttery crust and a crumbly, oat-filled streusel. Perfect for dessert, or a an afternoon snack.

And Corn and Cocoa Nib Granola- like adult Corn Pops! Corn puffs, coconut, almonds and cocoa nibs all baked into a light and crunchy granola. It’s gluten-free too!

$12 for a 5 by 6 inch pan of Jam Bars
$14 for a 6 oz bag of granola

Summer supper— cleaning out the garden edition. Stuffed tomatoes with Arborio rice, and grated zucchini on a bed of roasted, golden potatoes, fried Japanese eggplant coins, sweet corn, and watermelon slices.
