June 27th is National HIV Testing Day β a powerful reminder that knowing your status saves lives.
Substance use can increase risk for HIV transmission, especially when injection drug use or impaired judgment is involved. Testing is a crucial step in protecting your health and connecting to care.
In Connecticut, the HIV Planning Consortium (CHPC) is working to coordinate a statewide prevention and care systemβreducing new infections and expanding access to vital services.
