When parents are not married, paternity must be established before a father’s name can be put on a child’s birth certificate. This can be done by both parents signing a Paternity Affidavit or by requesting genetic testing at your local child support agency to establish paternity. Bring your WIC benefit card and Photo ID to the WIC table.
You will be given vouchers for eligible members of your family.
Give your vouchers to the farmers in exchange for fresh produce!
