Just a quick Pre- Con reminder! All Pre-registered Attendee and GM Badges will be waiting for you at the front desk along with all Pre-registered event tickets. Any unreserved event tickets will also be at the front desk for everyone to claim and participate in that event. We have so many fantastic GM events to choose from so a Bravo and Thank You So Much to all of our Amazing Supporting GMs!!! Remember any event that is listed as open in the Event Schedule is a non-ticketed event so simply walk up to play. On-site Badge Registration will be available when the front Desk Opens Friday at 11:30am, Saturday and Sunday at 8:30am. New This Year is Sunday is FREE! Concessions will have Hot Breakfast Sandwiches and Coffee available to purchase as soon as we open at 8:30am. We will See you all next weekend!!!

I present SwineThulhu! Our CincyCon 2026 Exclusive Limited Convention Figure is here!!! All GMs and Pre-registered attendees get a FREE pewter casting when you pick up your badges. Additional figures can be purchased onsite for $10.00 each. The Figure is a 2-piece casting with the wings being a single separate piece from the body which makes this our first 2-piece convention figure. PLEASE REMEMBER the deadline for registering as a GM and submitting events is Jan 31st and the deadline for attendee Pre-registration is Feb 7th. After these dates the ability to receive a FREE Convention figure is closed. Also a reminder that the ability to grab event tickets also closes Feb 7th... we need the remainder of the month to get every ones badges and game tickets printed and organized for the show. Looking forward to seeing you all at another fantastic CincyCon!!!

making sure everyone knows that our 2026 website is completely open for all GMs and Game Submissions & Tournament Submissions... All Vendor Applications... and All Pre-reg Weekend Badge Attendance! In an effort to help everyone's wallets- We have added a few new badge options for the weekend that I want to make sure everyone is aware of... Also despite plenty of cost increases to present CincyCon, we are passing along no badge price increases for 2026 attendees... Pre-Reg Badges are Weekend only(no change from last 2 years) and $25.00 if you Pre-reg $30.00 for on-site... Pre-reg attendees and GMs receive a FREE CincyCon 2026 Limited Pewter Figure along with the ability to register for any events including all Tournaments. Also as of last year, there are no restrictions on the number of events you can register for!

We are offering several new single day on-site badge option
Friday or Saturday are both $25.00 on-site and Sunday is completely FREE!

GM badges are now $10.00 but as long as you list enough events over any of our 3 days that have a total amount of 24 hours playing time available the GM receives $10.00 back in food vouchers for our concessions so technically still FREE to GM! Playing hours are simply calculated by number of player slots listed multiplied by event duration/runtime. Example- 6 players x 4 hours event time = 24 It does not matter to CincyCon if those player slots are used or not and if you list more than one event we combined those playing hours together to make sure you get your $10.00 food vouchers.
To be honest... this is our way of cleaning up what was a really unfair and far to generous FREE GM Badge Policy that allowed a few individuals to submit one very small event and still receive a FREE weekend Badge vs all the other GMs that put forth such amazing effort in so many fantastic events!
The $10.00 food vouchers will be with your badges at the front desk when your arrive to pick up your GM badges...

Please start submitting your events! Some individuals already did the moment we opened....

Check out our CincyCon 2026 artwork (obviously at the top of the page). If you click on it you can see it in its entirety! Our designer Jason Brodmerkel really did an outstanding job! I am sure our figure sculptor Dave Summers will be creating something fantastic from this artwork for our 2026 Limited Edition Convention Figure. We should have the TableTop Events site ready to receive your events, vendor registration, and attendee pre-reg badges open first week of September! I will post a message saying we are ready as soon as we are... Looking forward to see you all end of Feb first of March 2026
