Last week, our Board of Commissioners came together with BMHA leadership and staff for a retreat centered on what matters most: our residents, our communities, and the responsibility we carry to provide stability today while preparing for the future.

The conversation focused on how we continue to be a steady presence for the people we serve, how we strengthen our role as a community partner, and how we thoughtfully evolve to meet the changing needs of Butler County. These moments of alignment ensure that growth is intentional, mission-driven, and always grounded in care.
