The 1189th Transportation Brigade, N. Charleston, SC, led the December 2013 version of SPOC, numbered 14-1, testing the teamwork and initiative of participating Soldiers and Sailors in numerous transport operations. The Scenario involved humanitarian support to a country ravaged by a tornado. Rail, slingload, moving cargo by sea, transferring cargo by land - and the tracking systems involved - were trained and tested.
