Crossfit Hanover

Crossfit Hanover is running another Couch to CrossFit program in June! If you (or someone you know) is interested in a slow-and-steady introduction to a fitness program that will change your life, text "COUCH2CROSSFIT" to 717-451-5120 for more information and to register!

A few things:

- Spaces are limited
- Sessions are T/Th at 7:15pm for 3 Weeks
- If you have to miss a session, you'll need to make it up at some point so you don't miss any of the coaching!
