Radiant Hair Design: Officially Open I Passed my State Board inspection and settled into the new salon over the course of the past week. The new location is peacefully settled in the pigeon hills of Hanover Pa. These roads can be foreign to most who haven't lived in the area so I'd love to share some insight on easiest ways to find me....
