Meet Sabrina, a dedicated PT on our team who has spent more than 19 years helping others improve their lives through movement. With a lifelong passion for learning, teaching, and understanding the human body, she loves finding new and effective ways to help her patients move and feel better every day. We’re so grateful to have Sabrina on our team!

Plan ahead for this weekend’s Operation Santa donation drop-off events. We’re accepting non-perishable food and new, unwrapped toys to support families in need this holiday season. These are the last of our drop-off events and all are from 12-5 p.m.
