1️⃣ Pardons all prior federal offenses of simple ma*****na possession
2️⃣ Calls on governors to pardon simple state ma*****na possession offenses
3️⃣ Asks the HHS Secretary and Attorney General to initiate the process of reviewing how ma*****na is scheduled under federal law
