Congratulations to Lexi Boltz, who sat for and passed her Registered Behavior Technician examination this month! Lexi is now officially Lexi Boltz, BA, RBT!! Way to go, Lexi! We are so proud of you and thrilled for this accomplishment!

A huge “thank you” and “congratulations” to our Ms. Virginia Hancock, who is celebrating four remarkable years of working as a Behavior Consultant and Mobile Therapist with Expressive Pathways this month! Virginia has over 25 years of clinical experience, having served in multiple roles over the years in positions from TSS (AKA BHT) to Program Director. In her “spare time”, she teaches and coaches swimming. Virginia is known for going above and beyond the typical call of duty for her families and she has made such an impact in all of her client’s lives. A dedicated, passionate, and experienced clinician – Virginia, we love working with you and are looking forward to another year with you! We would like to take a moment to extend a sincere congratulations to our newest Behavior Consultant, Nia Grigsby! Nia graduated from PSU in December 2025 with her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis and she has since been promoted to the Behavior Consultant role. Congratulations, Nia! 💗
