Well my friends, there is a saying of "Live fast and die young". And that saying applies to this band.

I started this musical project in January of 2024 as a way to release songs I have written in my spare time. The first EP, "The Suffering of Man," was my first attempt at songwriting and releasing music. I never expected to create 4 full-length albums afterward. I am extremely proud of what I have accomplished. I owe everything to Don Belch of Prelude/EQuinox studios. Don is a class act and has been a mentor for me throughout this journey.

I appreciate the wonderful people I have met and collaborated with over this past year and a half. It has been a roller coaster of highs and lows in such a short amount of time.

I never expected this project to ever take the stage. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to play live in 4 different states. There have been plans to play more live shows in 2025, but I don't think it is the right time to continue with that.

Even though there is the possibility for a new album eventually, I have no plans to release another one for now. Moving forward, I will be devoting my attention to other musical projects. You will see me pop up here and there, but Helpless Agony is dwindling down.

This has been an amazing year and a half long journey. I learned a lot throughout all of this.
