Seniors finished up the savory-side of menu practice today! This dish, that is featured on the menu every year, is to help the students prepare for their NOCTI final exam in the spring: Fines Herbes Chicken with Rice Pilaf, Sautéed Haricots Verts and Baby Carrots.
