This is why we do what we do..
We are following the Joel Salatin method of small flock, pasture raised broiler chickens.
Update: Due to weather/heat stress, this batch of broilers will be delayed a few weeks. They won’t be at optimal weight for processing by July 15. Thank you for your patience!
The new batch of chickens are getting filled out and will be ready to go by July 15.
