Our 8th Annual Jamboree was such a special evening, and my heart is incredibly full today. Thank you to everyone who came out to support RRC and celebrate another wonderful season with us.

To my dancers - thank you for the joy, hard work, laughter, dedication, and heart you poured into this season. You all did such an incredible job last night, and you made the show so much fun from beginning to end. We worked hard, played hard, and made so many wonderful memories together this season. Thank you as well for all of the thoughtful gifts and sweet notes at Jamboree. Your kindness and appreciation meant more to me than you know.

A very special thank you to Amy Minefee for always being willing to lead classes in my absence, and to Amelia Colon for assisting with our Ramblers class this season. Your help, reliability, and care for these dancers is deeply appreciated.

Thank you as well to Krystal Wood for faithfully helping backstage year after year.

To our dance families - thank you for all the ways you continually support this group. We truly have something special here, and it would not exist without families who are willing to jump in and help however needed.

Thank you to everyone who attended Jamboree and filled The Lyric with such wonderful energy and support. Performing for a warm, enthusiastic audience makes all the hard work worthwhile.

A huge thank you as well to Tyse Buck for making the trip to Harrison and sharing his talent with us. He put on a fantastic performance, and we were honored to have him as part of our evening.

And finally, thank you to The Lyric Theater and staff for your hospitality and kindness. We absolutely love dancing on that stage and appreciate the charm and history of such a beautiful theater.

As wonderful as last night was, I’m just as excited about what’s ahead. Summer Session is right around the corner, and before we know it, we’ll be stepping into Season 9 together.

Eight years ago today, RRC took the stage for our very first performance. Looking back at this photo is such a special reminder of how far we’ve come. Through all the practices, performances, road trips, competitions, laughter, and memories, this little clogging family has continued to grow while keeping the heart of who we are the same.

Now, eight seasons later, we invite you to celebrate with us at our 8th Annual Jamboree this Thursday at 6:00pm at the Lyric Theater.
