Full 1st floor renovation. We ran into issue after issue, unforseen circumstances. But nothing we can't handle, all the issues lead to a better product overall. The floor joist for 40' 2x8 with no header, and rotted. Overall happy customers.

Please no helpers only looking for a experienced carpenter, minimum 5 years. all forms of carpentry, from framing to finish. must have a car, must have own tools, and must show up to work. pay is based of experience.
