Wow! We’re beaming!

Thanks to Dee and Kailey, who both took a moment this week to take photos and create a Facebook post praising lifeguards they saw doing a fabulous job at the outdoor City Pool & Creekside’s Aquatic Center. It makes our entire staff proud and excited to see positive posts like this! We’re posting the text of both posts below.

Harrison Parks and Recreation idk who was in charge of hiring this kid... but he deserves a raise. I've watched him interact with his coworkers, the kids, and the public today. I've bought passes to the pool for the past 12 years for my family. In all those years I've never seen a lifeguard more fit for this job. He's had kids laughing, he's had us in stitches, he seems to really enjoy his job. He has a personality that shines and makes the time here an entire atmosphere! He has a joy about him that is contagious! 10/10

Y’all, I just have to brag on the two young ladies lifeguarding at the pool today. They were absolutely wonderful! They stayed attentive the whole time, kept a close eye on all those kids, and were so sweet and respectful to everyone.
As a mama, there’s nothing better than being able to relax a little knowing your babies are being watched by people who truly care and take their job seriously. These girls were friendly, professional, and handled themselves with such maturity.
It’s always nice to see young people working hard and doing such a great job. They deserve some recognition! Thank y’all for helping keep our families safe and making the pool a fun place to be. We sure appreciate you!
