Shishka Bob Design

Good news and difficult news. First the good news- I will be reopening my Etsy shop on March 6! 🎉 Please be patient as orders take time to make (each order is custom and hand made), and with the current situation with the USPS, once they ship, packages are moving slowly.

Now for the other news- July will make 5 years since I started my passion project- Shishka Bob Design. I never planned to make more than the two pairs I made for my friend’s daughters, but it morphed into making thousands of pairs that have shipped to families all over the world! I intentionally gave away far more than I sold, and never paid myself or made any profit to speak of. Anyway, I think 5 years is a good run, and I find it more and more difficult to juggle my real job, family, and life in general, along with making the doll leg braces/splints. So, with a heavy heart, I will be closing my shop in July and have no expectations of reopening. I’ve been blessed to have had the opportunity to serve such an amazing community of supportive caring people. I’ve made many friends and feel honored to have been accepted as a part of, and having had a glimpse into, such an incredible community of people that hold each other up and help one another get through the difficult times, while celebrating the little wins (which are actually huge accomplishments) along the way.
