We are seeking an office manager who can work on their own with their great attitude and add their time and talent to our team to keep everything moving. If this sounds like you, we should talk.

Position Details:
- Executive assistant to the owners
- Keeping QuickBooks up to date/reconciling books monthly
- Collection calls to customers
- Paying our bills on time
- Procuring parts and placing parts orders for customers
- Billing parts and service to customers
- Ordering parts for service director
- Keeping track of open orders/deliveries for customers
- Keeping customer and vendor files in order

Other details of the position include:
- Scheduling trucks and deliveries of machine tools
- Maintaining a calendar for the owners to see for scheduling customer deliveries and installs
- Sales Support including quoting machines
- Working with Vendors on forecasting
- Updating pricing and deliveries
- Ordering and maintaining brochures
- Sales forecasting, CRM updating, media CRM updating, and all other sales related work that we further discuss and layout
- Support Sales & Service staff,
- General day to day operations: Quoting, billing, scheduling, receiving, shipping, etc.

Work experience necessary as pay will be based on it.
