The STAR - International Police Exchange Alabama Chapter is hosted with the coordinated effort of multiple law enforcement agencies in North Alabama. (JB)

If you are interested in going to the program in Germany in 2026, you must notify us asap. We must have your application to Germany by December 28 no later than 1700 hours. It must reach them by midnight their time.
The dates are confirmed as
May 2- May 16, 2026
Location will be Hessen and first time ever Baden-Württemberg for the 40th anniversary of the STAR program.
All in all, they will probably have arround 10-13 hosts/ spots between the 2 locations for all of the USA chapters.
