Because the application requires applicants to upload proof of residency and documentation showing participation in a qualifying assistance program, Google Forms requires users to be signed in to an email account before they can submit the form. This helps ensure that uploaded files are attached correctly and prevents incomplete applications.

Applicants do not need a Gmail address. We have successfully received applications from people using Gmail, Yahoo, iCloud, and other email providers. They simply need to be signed in to a Google account associated with their email address when completing the form.

Unfortunately, there is no way for us to disable the sign-in requirement while still allowing document uploads. Since we are processing a large number of applications, we are unable to collect verification documents separately by phone or email.

If someone does not already have a Google account linked to their email address, they can create one for free using their existing Yahoo, iCloud, or other email address without creating a new Gmail address.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to receiving applications from eligible families.

💓 A Village of Animal Lovers Made This Possible 💓

Today, we want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to the incredible people and organizations who helped make a brighter future possible for Noelle.

Thanks to a connection made through Lake Hartwell Veterinary Clinic and their lifesaving rescue coordinator, Josie, Noelle has been welcomed up north into Connecticut by a rescue that specializes in herding breeds and working dogs!

We are incredibly grateful to Lake Hartwell Veterinary Clinic, which is not only an outstanding veterinary practice serving our community, but also provides veterinary care for rescues across Georgia and rescue organizations as far away as Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New York. Their dedication helps create life-saving connections that would otherwise never be possible.

A special thank you also goes to Marcy at Doggie Do's, who squeezed Noelle into an already packed grooming schedule so she could look and feel her very best before embarking on her big adventure north! Doggie Do's always steps in to help get these babies travel ready, for which we could not be more grateful! 💓

Before any of this was possible, Noelle's journey began with Marilyn, who found her injured on the roadside and stepped up to save her. Marilyn took Noelle into her home, fostered her, cared for her, and helped nourish her soul while she healed.

As Noelle prepared for her big move, Marilyn lovingly packed a "To-Go Bag" filled with all of Noelle's favorite things: toys, bedding, and snacks. That kind of love and dedication is what rescue is all about, and we are so grateful for everything Marilyn did for this precious girl.

Stories like Noelle's remind us that rescue is truly a team effort. It takes veterinarians, groomers, transporters, rescue coordinators, foster families, volunteers, and supporters all working together to give animals the second chances they deserve.

To everyone who played a role in Noelle's journey: thank you. We are so grateful for this network of compassionate people who work tirelessly to help animals who cannot help themselves.

Safe travels, sweet Noelle. We can't wait to see what your future holds. ❤️🐾
