Need a last minute stocking stuffer or item for white elephant exchange? A 4oz jar of local honey is perfect! We love this size for gifting to teachers, too! $5 each and of course, I’m happy to porch drop.
I wasn’t sure we would get a second harvest, but our Sunday was slower than we expected, we got into the bees and will end our 2023 harvest season with almost 6 more gallons! It’s lighter in color and more mild in flavor than our last harvest, yet just as tasty. This little guy was all for helping today!

Steps Six and Seven: Quality control had to make sure it tastes good 😜 kid approved! It then is transferred to a honey bucket with a spout at the bottom for putting up in jars.
