The ideal candidate will have office and phone experience, strong customer service skills, be eager to learn, be a team player, & have QuickBooks and Microsoft Office experience. This position entails answering a multi-line phone system, scheduling, greeting all visitors, signing in deliveries, assisting with time keeping for employees, and assisting other office employees with various projects and tasks as needed.
