When you INTENTIONALLY create healthy habits and routines, you are creating behaviors that become nearly involuntary.
We so often overestimate what we can do tomorrow, over exaggerate what we did yesterday, and underestimate what we can do today. There is so much power in 1 small behavior change- so drink a gallon of water, take that morning walk, wake up when your alarm goes off, make your bed. Just start with 1 small habit at a time.
I do not have to rely on feeling motivated when it comes to executing my habits because they became involuntary. Happiness is built on the restless repitition of character building habits.
