Did you know: we offer walk throughs at the end of our clean for all of our clients. “We are all done. Would you like to do a walk through before we head out?”
We are happy to fix anything at this moment. There’s sometimes we come back 24-48 hours just to go the extra mile.
When one denies the walk through..we ask again and remind them that we would like to do that walk through because they are a new client.
However, one week after a clean in a home that has pets that eat and p*e on the baseboards etc. They proceed to tell us that they’re not happy and they want a refund or reviews will be left on the page. (We took before/after pics of the whole home due to this feeling).
Can’t win them all…being a business owner has its battles.
