We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to join our Homecare team. The ideal candidate must be able to follow directions precisely and demonstrate the ability to handle feedback and constructive criticism with professionalism. This role requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while ensuring all operations comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all homecare practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records for audits and compliance reviews.
